1) For authenticated/graded (appraised) items, all returns are excluded, including under our first-purchase return and refund program. Even if you are not satisfied with the item's condition or other aspects, we are unable to accept returns.
2) If, after delivery, the item leaves your possession and is handled by a third party, we cannot verify that it is the same item we sold, and therefore cannot accept a return.
